Getting involved at the ground level means that whenever possible we custom-fit your role to the skill set you currently have, while giving you the opportunity to mentor into other positions if you so desire and if time and team support allow. All positions currently begin as flexible volunteer roles with the potential to transition into paid opportunities as projects and company growth allow.
