DeVonna Prinzi is an award-winning writer, photographer, producer, and literary manager, serving as Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Creative Affairs & Development at Bonfire Cinema. With a career spanning event production, film, publishing, and talent management, she has produced everything from galas and music festivals to educational films and disaster relief initiatives. DeVonna is also the founder of Prinzi Literary & Talent Management, where she champions writers, filmmakers, and creative talent through strategic career development and representation. Emilia Osborne is a screenwriter, editor, and serves as Showrunner's Assistant for Bonfire Cinema and the iHeartMedia podcast Inspire Change with Gunter. Originally from a small town outside Cleveland, Ohio, Emilia discovered her passion for screenwriting during the COVID-19 pandemic and relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Film Studies, focusing on screenwriting while also developing interests in editing and production design. Drawn to stories that challenge and inspire, Emilia enjoys writing horror, thrillers, procedurals, and fantasy. Outside of filmmaking, she enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her one-eyed troublemaking cat, Reggie.

Michelle Simmons is a 2D character animator and Executive Team Lead with Bonfire Cinema. Born, raised, and artistically trained in southeastern Michigan, she now resides in Alaska, where she continues to pursue her passion for animation and visual storytelling.

In addition to supporting recruitment, team management, and creative collaboration across the company, Michelle contributed rough animation work to Bonfire Cinema's animated short film Tremor.

Her blend of artistic talent and leadership helps foster the collaborative spirit at the heart of the Bonfire team.
